- Online payments where residents can conveniently pay rent online by credit card or electronic check (ACH) and check their tenant ledger account balance.
- Maintenance service requests where residents can submit repair descriptions and photos and check work order status.
- Convenient communications with residents and management staff where
messages are easily tracked and notifications automatically sent when conversations are updated.
- Access and Share Documents where residents can maintain important documents for in a secure Tenant portal. They can have easy access and maintain documents from a copy of their signed lease agreement, letters, notices, and photos related to work orders.
