Our management team provides our residents
24/7 Service with online access to Propertyware’s Tenant Portals software which provides our residents instant
access to their accounts anytime and anywhere.

Maintenance Service Request
Our goal is for our residents to be pleased with their apartment home and to be satisfy in knowing that they can
expect to receive prompt and efficient quality maintenance service. Propertyware’s Tenant Portals allows residents
online access where they can submit maintenance service requests. Residents can submit repair descriptions and
photos; check work order status; and communicate our management staff.

Pest Control Service
We highly value maintaining long-term tenants who enjoys living peacefully in their apartments; therefore we
employ professional pest control contractors to regularly service our apartments in order to prevent and control
unwelcome pest. Our residents can also submit a work order if they have a special problem that concerns pest control.
- Fire Prevention We value resident’s safety as our main priority; where we equip each apartment home
with an operational smoke detector.
In addition, many apartments include hand-held fire extinguishers. Our residents can submit a request if they need a complimentary smoke detector new battery.
- Laundry Facilities
Our apartments have built-in washer and dryer connections, where our residents can connect their own washers
and dryers for their convenience. -
Amenities
We fully want our residents to experience comforts of a home; where they can experience both the enjoyment of their indoor living space and the outdoors. Our apartments are nicely landscaped with outdoor decks
and patios for relaxation and entertainment.

Safety & Security
Our management team values the safety of all our residents; although we cannot guarantee their safety or security which is very important to us. If residents see hazardous condition that could threaten their safety or the safety of others,they should report such incidents to appropriate local officials and our management team.
