Our New Horizons Acquisitions Group, LLC is acquiring (2 to 4 units) multi-unit family apartment buildings in the metropolitan Atlanta areas. We are seeking residential properties in progressively growing communities with convenient access to transportation and shopping areas.
Our New Horizons Management Group, LLC is focused on proving quality hands on management services with the use of computerized management software which enables our management team to be more effective in serving our residents.
Our company’s short-term goals are to offer desirable housing with optimal value for working people with moderate income. We are committed to operating and providing renovated, attractive, clean, quiet properties to our residents. Our longer-term goals are to leverage our growing experience, expertise, and investor reach to branch into commercial real estate, student housing, and other “intricate” real estate holdings.
